2009 Academic Outcomes
An excellent QCS test outcome suggested that some early presents may be awaiting Hillcrest students in the week before Christmas.
38% of the students eligible for an OP received between an OP 1 and 7 and the median OP was a 9, compared with an OP 11 across the state.
20.7% of the OP eligible cohort received an OP of 1 -5. Dux and Hillcrest Original Alistair Tang received an OP 1 with College Captain and Vice Captains Joel Burgess and Paul Heyworth both receiving OP 2s.
82.8% of the OP eligible students received an OP between 1 and 15.
Secondary Start-Up details
Monday Jan 25: Yrs 9-12: Students are required to pick up their Timetable and textbooks from the Library.
Wednesday Jan 27: First day for Year 8 Students. This day is also open to Yrs 9-12 students who are not able to pick up their timetables and textbooks on Monday.
Thursday Jan 28: Arrive 8.20 for 8.30am PC class and full timetabled day for all students Years 8-12.
